X-Fonter covers all the bases when fonts are concerned. The main
functionality of this program is to manage your fonts (install, uninstall,
load, unload, compare, preview).
Just like any decent font manager, X-Fonter supports all font types (TrueType, OpenType, Postscript Type 1, Raster, Vector).
But what makes this product really stand out from the rest, is the intuitive
and user-friendly interface. It doesn't matter whether you're a newbie or
a pro, with X-Fonter you can get the job done.
Finding the right font is often a difficult task, but X-Fonter makes this job
easy for you. You can create your own color schemes and use your own preview text.
There's a character map included for both ASCII and Unicode, so you can easily
find out how a specific character looks, or whether that specific character

I have to complement you on X-Fonter. I have been using Bittstream Font Navigator for years, but the lack
of updates and support for outline type fonts became a problem.
Over the past week, I have downloaded and installed every font management program I could find that
appeared
to fit my needs. I have to say, X-Fonter has them all beat by a mile. I have no interest in the graphic
creation part of X-Fonter, but the font management capabilities are very well done. It is a very well written
piece of software.

I used X-Fonter for just a couple of hours before deciding to register. It's the best utility of
it's kind I've ever used. I might just uninstall Adobe Type Manager Deluxe (which hasn't been updated
in a VERY long time)
